Payment and Shipping

 

Once items are purchased, orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  The order can then take up to 10 business days thereafter, to process shipment for delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If in the event your jewelry is damaged, we reserve the right to assess damage via photo submission.  If jewelry is reparable, customer will be responsible for shipping item for repair.  If jewelry is damaged beyond repair and is deemed eligible for an exchange, an item of equal value will be shipped to respective customer.
